1930's
1938 Nicca Chemical Industry & Co., Ltd. established.
1940's
1941 Nicca Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. established.
1948 The Osaka office opened. (The current Osaka Branch Office).
1950's
1953 The Nagoya office opened. (The current Nagoya Branch Office).
1956 The Tokyo office opened. (The current Tokyo Branch Office).
1957 We entered the cleaning business field.
1960's
1963 The Hokuriku office opened. (The current Hokuriku Branch Office).
1964 We entered the metal industry field.
1965 We entered the pulp and paper business field.
1970's
1970 The Kanto Factory established.
1979 The Kyoto office opened. (The current Kyoto Branch Office).
1980's
1980 We entered the pharmaceutical field.
1982 We entered the cosmetics and hair care field.
1985 Sabae Factories No.1 and 2 completed.
1986 Sabae Factory No.3 completed.
Sun Fiber Co., Ltd. established.
1988 The company name changed to Nicca Chemical Co., Ltd.
1989 Sabae Distribution Center established.
1990's
1992 The Sapporo Sales Office opened.
1993 Nicca Bio Research Center established.
The company was listed on the Second Section of the Nagoya Stock Exchange.
Sabae Factory No.5 was completed.
1995 Yamada Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. subsidized.
1996 Rhone-Poulenc & Nicca Co., Ltd. established. (The current Rhoudia Nicca Ltd.).
1997 Multi-purpose chemical manufacturing facilities established at the Sabae Factory.

1970's
1971 A joint venture with Sankei Nicca Chemical Co., Ltd. established in Korea.

The DAEGU Factory completed.
1974 A joint venture with Siam Textile Chemical Co., Ltd. established.
1975 A joint venture with P. T. Indonesia Nicca Chemicals Co., Ltd. established.
1978 TOA RESIN Co., Ltd. established in Taiwan.
1980's
1986 We agreed to business cooperation with Ciba-Geigy (Switzerland).
1988 Nicca U.S.A. established.
Hong Kong Nicca Chemical Ltd. established in Hong Kong.
1990's
1990 Nicca U.S.A. Inc. Factory opened.
1992 We agreed to technical cooperation with Beta Chemicals (Pakistan).
We agreed to technical cooperation with Hangzou Electrochemical Group Co., Ltd. (China).
1993 Guangzhou Nicca Chemical Co., Ltd. established in China.
1996 A joint venture, -Poulenc Nicca., Ltd. established in Japan.
1998 -Poulenc Nicca,. Ltd. changed its name to Rhodia Nicca., Ltd.
2000 ISO 14001certified in Sabae Factory.
2002 Korea Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. changed its name to Nicca Korea Co., Ltd.
Nicca chemical Technical Solution Center Co., Ltd. and Zejiang Nicca Chemical Co., Ltd. established in China.
ISO 14001 certified in Kanto Factory.
2004 Nicca Vietnam Co., Ltd. established.
2005 ISO 14001 certified in Headquarters, General Research Center and Head Factory.
